USD, and the factory covers an area of 500,000 square yards. Whirlwind takes the
advanced atomization and
chemical manufacturing powder equipment, the annual production
capacity is 12,000 tons.
Whirlwind can produce many kinds of metal
powders by using vacuum atomization, ultra-high pressure water atomization and inert
gas coincidence atomization, which include the pre-alloyed metal powders of catalyst
for diamond synthesis,
matrix pre-alloyed powders for superhard material tools,
pre-alloyed powders for thermal spraying and brazing powders as
well as stainless
steel powders, which is widely used in high-grade diamond synthesis, diamond saw
