temperature, suitable for metal and vitrified bond.

Electroplating Nickel coated, with the coating level 30%, 56%
or 60% which could
improve the mechanical retention
characteristics of the diamond, and improve the
heat dissipation and grinding life.
Apply for resin bond.
Chemical Nickel coated with the coating level 30%, 56% or
60%,the coating is not
crystal structure, which could offer higher precision and better mechanical retention
than electroplating
coated. Apply for resin bond.

Copper coated. Cu coated with the coating level 50% or 30%,
which could improve
the mechanical retention characteristics of
the diamond and improve the heat dissipation
and grinding life.
Apply for resin bond and bronze bond.
