Founded in 1979 as a partnership of the Huanghe
Group, ALMT Osaka diamond (Japan), Research Institute of Abrasives and Grinding
and 23 subsidiary companies, Huanghe Whirlwind is the world largest manufacturer
of synthetic diamond, diamond and metal powder and diamond tools, blades core bits
and diamond wire. The Whirlwind facility covers 26,910,000sq/ft of
manufacturing
space with 500 acres of plant under-roof and employs more than 5000 peoples. In
2014, Whirlwind sales
reach to 268 Million USD.
One of the subsidiaries is a national research
and development center, which holds the rights to hundreds of intellectual
properties.
